Scope
Customers attempting to add GS3 Systems to Genetec Security Center. GS2 Processors are not impacted by this notice.
Summary:
Customers using Genetec Security Center to monitor camera feeds should have the ability to view camera feeds from a GRIDSMART GS3 Processor. When attempting to add a GS3 to Security Center as a Video Unit, the configuration fails.
Action:
A patch is available from GRIDSMART Support that applies a missing configuration required for supporting the Genetec Video integration on a GS3. A permanent fix for the GS3 will be included with GRIDSMART 23.2.1.
