There is a known issue with the Google Chrome browser version 80.0.3987.87 where a certificate will be recognized as invalid while viewing the GRIDSMART Device Manager.

Issue:

You will see the prompt "Uh oh! There's a problem!
                                        The following error occured:

                                        Network Error"
with an option to "Dismiss". If you choose to dismiss, it may repeat the same prompt several times before allowing you to access the Device Manager.

Another way to verify this error is to open up Google Chrome's developer tools (F12) and look to the Console output (see screenshot)

You should see messages like above "net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID"
