When attempting to download logs through the device manager, the browser may indicate that download failed due to a bad certificate. This will most likely happen when connecting to the Device Manager through the laptop port - this is because your browser has cached the certificate of another GS2 with the same IP address (192.168.150.10) but since you are now on a different GS2, the certificate will be different so the browser assumes something is wrong.

To get around this, there are two options:

1.) Download logs through the client. Go to Diagnostics from the site view and log in to the device manager, this will take you to Diagnostics tab identical to the one on the Device Manager, but you will not get the bad certificate error when downloading logs.

2.) If you are using Google Chrome, you can open up your browser in 'Incognito mode'.

You can also clear your browser's cache, but this may take a while.
