ISSUE: Users running Windows 11 version 24H2, with DHCP enabled, may experience an issue connecting to networks, including the Gridsmart Processor. Essentially, the Windows PC is unable to fetch a valid IP from the DHCP server, i.e. Gridsmart Processor.

FIX:  Until Microsoft releases a Windows update to resolve the issue, we recommend setting a static IP on your computer to 192.168.150.19 if you experience this issue.
